Return Process

  Contact our dedicated client support team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original primary packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and write your RMA number clearly on the outside.

  Ship the Product

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
